I unexpected had to drop a lot of money that I did not have on 4 new tires for my SUV. I had been at Walmart for 3 hours already and was stressed to the max. I called and talked to Lance, who immediately put me on the schedule and said we’d figure the rest out when I got there. Once I arrived, Jonah looked over my car and confirmed I needed all 4 and gave me all my options. He explained everything in good detail before adding it to my list of things I needed ( replacement coverage, lug nut changes) and even helped me sign up for the credit card so I could afford to have this all done. They made it as stress-free as possible and it is so very much appreciated.

Im not from the area and got a flat on the freeway passing through. Jonah was super nice and helpful on the phone and in person. The price was so good I bought two and was back on the road in a half hour. Thank you guys for staying over to make sure my family was safe and made it to our destination!

On Sept 13, I brought my Corvette in for rear tires. When I left, I later discovered they had left the lift pucks on the car. Driving with loose pucks is not only careless but dangerous — they could have fallen off and damaged my car or even hit another driver. I called to reschedule a rebalance appointment (missed the first due to weather/work), and they set me for Sept 29. On Sept 27, while driving, I heard something hit underneath the car, then got a “Service Axle” warning and a check engine light. I checked under the car that night and found 3 of the 4 pucks still attached. This confirmed I had been driving with them loose the whole time. Fast forward to Sept 29 when I returned for the rebalance. I dropped the car off at 1:00 pm and at 2:17 pm got a text and call that it was ready. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the front lip of my Corvette was cracked. The car was even parked in a way that risked the front scraping on the curb. I went inside, and the employees acted like they already knew about it. One tried to rush me by handing me the keys without asking what the issue was.
